Refund Policy

Refund will be issued under certain circumstances mentioned as part of our refund policy.  

1. Refund will be applicable only for Web Hosting(Shared Hosting) ‘PRO’ Plan, If the cancellation is requested within 2 days from the date of provisioning.
2. Hostflyer holds the right to cancel or suspend any service at any time. If the cancellation or suspension was made because of the violation of our Terms of Service, then refund will not be provided.
3. Refund will not be applicable for VPS, Dedicated Servers, Addons, SSL certificates, Licenses, Extra IP and Domain registration.

You can cancel the services by raising a support ticket from Hostflyer client area. If you cancel your Hostflyer account and your payments continue to recur for any reason such as:

  • By an Issue of the credit card processor.
  • By an Issue of any other payment collection company, we are to be held free of liability for any overdraft fees that are issued by your financial institution.

All Sales done through our website are final and are not covered under Zero Questions Asked Refund Policy. However, a refund will be issued if there is any issue observed at our end.
